Maintain a detailed record of customers and customer reservations, preferences, and feedback for improved service personalization.

List customers

  1. Select “Customer Engagement” on the restaurant management page to open the customers page

Add customer

  1. Tap on add button at the right bottom corner of the page
  2. Enter “First Name”
  3. Enter “Last Name” (Optional)
  4. Enter “Phone Number” (Phone number or Email required)
  5. Enter “Email” (Phone number or Email required)
  6. Enter “Address” (Optional)
  7. Enter “City” (Optional)
  8. Enter “State” (Optional)
  9. Enter “Zip Code” (Optional)
  10. Tap on “Add Customer” button
  11. Customer will be created successfully

Update customer

  1. Tap on “Menu icon” of a customer and tap “Edit” button to update the customer
  2. Enter “First Name”
  3. Enter “Last Name” (Optional)
  4. Enter “Phone Number” (Phone number or Email required)
  5. Enter “Email” (Phone number or Email required)
  6. Enter “Address” (Optional)
  7. Enter “City” (Optional)
  8. Enter “State” (Optional)
  9. Enter “Zip Code” (Optional)
  10. Tap on “Add Customer” button
  11. Customer will be updated successfully
